Medi Cupping, Lymphatic, pre-post surgury 
​            By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy lifts connective tissue, releases, rigid tissue and loosens adhesions. One of the most amazing aspects of this technique is the “separation” that the vacuum produces in tissue layers. This enables water absorption and renewed blood flow and more oxygen delivery to undernourished and dehydrated tissue as well as elimination of old waste, retained fluid and congestion. The excess fluid will be eliminated through lymp/circulatory system

Cranio Sacral Therapy

​CST is a noninvasive modality, gentle pressure is used on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression.  This technique is used to help normalize the cerebrospinal fluid within the central nervous system. This aids in removing “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.

75-minute massage with cupping, coupled with muscle release therapy. Are you seeking faster muscle recovery after working out, or after a long day at work? If so, this is the massage you've been looking for!

Refresher - $170.00
75-minute massage with aroma therapy to invigorate you mentally, a foot massage with hot towels to relax your achy feet, a heated neck pillow, and a light stretch to relax your muscles. Come prepared to relax and leave the stress of the day behind you!

The Resurfacing

90-minute massage with medi-cupping, and 60-minute Spiritual Guidance/Counseling. (Complimentary hot towels, cupping, aroma therapy, and spiritual guidance.) Medi-Cupping is an ancient technique mixed with modern technology pulling stagnation from deep within your muscles, and assisting the lymphatic system with filtering and dissolving toxins. Spiritual Guidance session- Are certain situations resurfacing in your life that have you feeling stuck? If so, let me help you navigate through the murkiness and bring about clarity in your life.

The Awakening
3 hours - $560.00
Spend part of your day with Sharon. This service comes with a 90-minute massage with stretching or cupping (hot towels and young living oils are used during the massage.) 90-minute Spiritual Guidance/Counseling Session. (Energy Balancing techniques to relieve stress and leave you feeling lighter).

Encompassing
4 hours - $745.00
This service comes with a 2-hour massage with medi-cupping and stretching (hot towels, heated neck pillow and young living essential oils used for massage). 2 hour spiritual guidance session with energy clearing and balancing.

Clearing Meditation/with Spiritual Counseling
1 hour 50 minutes - $425.00
This service comes with a meditational clearing that lasts anywhere from 25-45 minutes long. This meditation will help to balance and clear any energies you may have walked in with, allowing you to settle your mind and receive your spiritual messages with clarity.


Rescheduling

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled time by calling 516-204-5677 or email Sharon. Failure to reschedule within the 24 hour time period will result in 100% full charge of your scheduled service.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness, please reschedule your session and do not come to the office.  Sessions rescheduled because of illness will not forfeit payment and will not incur a penalty.
